The purpose of the Southwest Florida Concierge and Guest Services Association is to promote, educate, and maintain the high standards of its members. It is our goal to encourage and develop fellowship, networking, training, and etiquette in our profession, thereby providing the very best service to our hotel guests, clients, and the many Southwest Florida communities represented. The Association will coordinate, promote, and assist in the activities and interests of its members, and advance the development of their role by familiarizing them with restaurants, hotels, area attractions, and businesses.
