Judy Neilsen, President 2009

Judy Neilsen the President of the Southwest Florida Concierge Association 2009 moved to Naples from East Hampton Long Island with her family 11 years ago. She began her career in Naples at the Inn at Pelican Bay for ten years and then moved to the Inn on Fifth and is now the Spa Concierge/Manager.



Norma Gershen, Vice President 2009

Born in Brooklyn New York and moved to Southwest Florida in 1994.  I spent 8 wonderful years at the Marriott on Marco Island before coming to The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort as Concierge.  I have truely enjoyed this Florida experieance and the great opportunities the Concierge Association has afforded me.  I love to travel and cruising is my favorite pastime.
I'm always at your service!



Suzanne Jackson, Secretary 2009

 A Columbus, Ohio native, Suzanne has called Naples home for the past 33 years.  Suzanne was a stay-at-home mother while her children were growing up and volunteered in the community, the hospital, Catholic schools, and now still finds time to serve on the Emerald Ball committee for Catholic Charities of Collier County. She enjoys spending time with her family, boating, snorkeling and lobstering.  Suzanne joined The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Concierge’s team in 2003 and relishes the opportunity to share the history, glamour and excitement of Naples with the guests.




Michael Antunes, Director Of Membership 2009

My present position as Lobby Concierge at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is a novel experience for me but one which I truly enjoy, as it combines my natural curiosity of things with my interest in people. It enables me to share what I am learning of Southwest Florida with others and in the process provide a needed service to our visitors, ultimately promoting the great treasure that is Southwest Florida.

My prior career was in international business, first as International Development Manager for one of the world’s largest food companies; then, General Manager, eventually rising to President and CEO of an international marketing, sales and finance company, and as Director of their five overseas subsidiaries.

Leaving New York in 1998 to move to Florida, I formed Antunes Enterprises, Inc., an international consulting company serving manufacturing and distribution ventures in the toy and sporting goods industries abroad. Still active but subordinate to my tennis schedules!




Albert Almeida, Public Relations Director 2009

Born and raised in Lenox, Massachusetts and currently employed with Guest Services at the Inn at the Springs in Bonita Springs. My backround includes such noteables as Concierge and Supervisor at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs. In New York City (17 years) Concierge at such impressive hotels as the Le Parker Meridien Hotel, the forever famous Plaza Hotel, New York Hilton and Towers, The Rainbow Room/Rockefeller Center Club and the Millennium Broadway Hotel.  
Bringing people together and keeping them informed has always been a passion of mine,
always with me is "In Service Through Friendship"!
